34mins 5.5km with 14lbs rig Nike (crashed) 40mins  4.45km star trac Did my lower back sciatica stretching before this. Learned if I did a deadlift with  my right side only my injury pain came up. Need to further isolate it and work on it

Exercise Update

Stretching 10 mins, 10:08-10:19am. No Chinese for today or yesterday. 14lb HIIT. 3:47pm to 4:05pm. According to the timer 18:45mins of what should be 10mins (kept pausing to catch breath) Performance 2/5 (new low) Effort 3/5 fairly focused but distacted with the urge to vomit because I ate. I do better when my stomach is "empty" when I just woke up. Lower back feels has a pang of weakness sometimes. I can't really predict it or isolate it in my exercise.

Exercise Update

11:42-11:52am Lower back  Sciatica stretching 12:10-12:24pm HIIT with rig 14lbs. Performance 2/5, Effort 3/5 (trying to prevent snack vomit, this is the hardest I can push). I should do 10k 2x or at least 1x per month. I should do one again in October 8-9. Working towards 14lb rig run from 3.0km to 4km. Small increments. I can now do 4 hanging pullups with 14lb rig. Injury. I still have that sudden weakening and minor pain on the lower righ back when I lift. I'm having a hard time isolating the movement in order to work on it. I think I should limit the 80lb deadlifts to 1x a week for about 2 reps. I should do the 40lbs instead and use it to isolate the motion that triggers the pain

47min, 8km, 5:47min /km,nike 49mins, 6.11km, star trac 3.2km or 2mi in 14lb rig at average of 6kph and 2.0 incline. Effort 4/5, performance 3/5 Did not do a 14lb rig 11min hiit. Mindfull of my back, I just give my lower back it's usual workout but don't strain it too much. No point keeping it weak from over exertion and over compensation. Forgot how to breath, typically I'm able to do 3 second breathes while 8-10kph (6kph with rig). Poor diet this week from stress and appetite fatigue. Still need to up my Protien. I've been below 200g a day unlike my usual 350g a day.

Running with rig 11:16-11:36 Nike 20:14mins, 3.39km last incline was 2. Ran 0.5km at 12kph most of it. I forgot star trac Stat. Breathing and dizzyiness was my key effort metric.

Sciatica Lower Back Stretching or SLBS for short (as I do this so often). SLBS 11mins 15mins One set of HIIT with 14lbs Rig. Per2/5, and E2/5. I felt weak. I can do 2 14lb rig hanging pull ups. 1 can do 5 pull ups. I've been visibly losing weight Routine for HIIT Jumping Jacks Wall Sit Push ups Sit ups Step ups Chair dips Planks Squat jumps Push up and Turn Side plank Side plank High Knees Running Pull Ups bend over lifts  Found out the following:  2000php 2800php Pushup Bars raising my arms by 3.5" are 400php. They had weighted vests 1,400php for 10kg or 22lbs. It looked like it needed a lot of reinforced stitching. It only had a 7 day return policy. Still 13x cheaper than getting a Tactec plate carrier.

Exercise update

It took 23 mins to exercise and stretch yesterday Sep 5, end of the day weight was 173lbs. All with 14lb rig. I do about 11mins stretching and 5 mins of strength training.  I've been finding my strain or weak point. Raised my right knee to step on a chair and tried to make my Torso touch my thigh and moving to fast I pulled the weak part. But still fumble carefully around for it. Need to research what to do.

A back injury relapse last Thursday when I did an 80lb deadlift with  barbells. I can exercise that strain with 20lb deadlift with  the vest. Belly breathing during the run was hard but helpful. I don't get dehydrated when I do this. My throat seems Ok. Tried the expired whey. Fuck it. I'll just drink fortified milk.

Exercise Update

#health #exercise #hiit #14lbg rig Did 3/5 performance, and 3/5 Effort. I was hungry and distracted. I was taking notes between bouts. I pulled my right side lower back muscle, near the base of the spine in the dead lift. I could only do too. It wasn't painful but it was alarming weakness. So I'm wondering what the condition of my back moving forward. i could feel it weak but not hurt. I should just drop the barbel when there is a problem. I'm at 173, which translates to 175 because I always use the end of the day weight which is 2 lbs more. There is a physical exam on Sat and I have to give a stool sample. :(

36 mins, 6.5km, 5:31 min per km, nike 40 mins, 5.17km, star trac Learned to do 15 incline to warm up ad much as I can. My new posture has improved my back pain and allowed me to do this without much damage. The breathing exercises in the hiit and stretching I did helped a lot in my oxygenation. The stretching and breathing taught me to breath deeper even when my stomach is getting in the way in the stretches. It allowed me to push my organs down lolz. My knees took some hurt but no pain just feels funny. I did a HIIT and deadlift. Trying to feel for a good strong posture. Working towards that 20lb load.

Running update

29 mins, 5km, nike 39 mins, 4.8km, star trac 2 incline at 3km, and 0 incline at the last two Nike updated to run club which needs a learning curve. Will do sciatica stretches and will take a break. Hope to do a HIIT this evening or tomorrow.

Exercise Update

Saturday, 06 August, 2016 12:34:04 PM PHT #exercise #health #injury I did my HIIT, Sciatica stretches. I didnt eat bfast yet and its 1230. NOrmally I have coffee at 7-8 and I am good till 10-11 but at 12 I'm hungry unless I shifted down an hour. #headache #injury So I have a spiltting headache and I landed on my toes in the pull up with some pain. Almost injuring. I have to be careful. I ate my peanut butter and coco jam sandwich while I worked out to prevent the hunger head ache from getting too bad. it will delay it for a bit and I need to toothbrush. #exercise #health I felt good yesterday doing  5km by nike or 4k by startrac and doing a Hiit and Sciatica. Headache subsiding a bit. I also took a lot of  bonamine yesterday. #work I lost my drivers license yesterday and gave Aries 1k to get it back.

Running update

27 mins, 5km, nike 30 mins, 3.98km, star trac 2.0 incline for up to 3km, 0.0 incline for the last two. Back is still sore so I've not been putting too much pressure.  The stretching doesn't relieve as much anymore. Instead I feel strain in my hamstrings and mid back behind my lungs. It's not a bad thing, I'm sure it helps my lower back. My hypothesis is that core exercises like planking, pushups, and crunches help it. So despite being tired I need to do a HIIT. Sciatica stretches then hiit.

Running update

27 mins, 5km, nike 30 mins, 4km, star trac 0.0 incline, incline broken in middle treadmill Back pain still present but different from the weakening and pain. This is just a soreness in the sides of the spin near the base. Stretched before running. Finished with 10kph. Did one set of pushups before Mike interrupt me for small chit chat.

Injury update

Did my sciatica stretching exercises. I've gotten flexible enough that the Torso twisting does not stain my back anymore, but now I stretch my hamstring and my upper back. I tuck my chin down and sometimes hold my head down, in a pulling  down motion with my forearm over my face as my hand pulls the back of my head for my chin to point down. Now my middle back gets. Stretched. I now tense my stomach or gut. I push it to harden and curl my back a bit forward to relieve the stress and pain. Instead of arching back, I curl forward now. Hypothesis: 1) everything is connected and flexibility will aid in strength because I get to strain the connecting muscles. 2) the disjointed development of muscles leads to the pain when related muscles cannot handle the load of the more developed other. It has become meditative and a breathing exercise. I can go for an hour easily.

Running update

28 mins, 5km, nike 31 mins, 4.08km, star trac 2 incline in the first 1.5km. 0.0 after that. Was able to. Maintain 10kph for 3 mins. Knees seem fine. Lower back feels weak. Was not able to Work out much on Sunday. Just stretching. I realize I need to stretch everyday. The sciatica management is everyday and when the  pain is mostly gone, working on strengthening. Maybe a month, September when Im into strengthening enough to know a new form and able to carry as much as before.
