Need to set this up. I can't afford an Audible Account.  My big Expenses this month of July are: The Ab Axxel because the deposit and the monthly. The 4k per month is a big dent in our monthly.  Grocery at 15k per month seems to be pretty steady. It has gotten cheaper with the eating corned beef. Especially A big chunk was food expense was eating out for that project: 220+300 = 520 per day for every time we ate out. So thats about twice a week 4 weeks a onth was about 8*520 = 4160php per month. But once I started packing lunch with it was 220 per day of meal. so it went down by half. So its now 1760php. Saving 2400 per month.  The corned beef has about a 22 days * (80php corned beef, 20php egg, 10php rice) = 2,420php per month to feed me. Coffee everyday is about 2,287php at 50grams a day at 1.5php per gram of beans.  Softdrinks is about a 2L per 2 days, thats about 900php of softdrinks a month. 

Trying to take medicine at 5am, and wake up at 5:45 or 6am. If I can get coffee done in 20mins and drink it 20mins I'd be good. I need to be in the gym by 7am. Today i'll probably be in the Gym by 8:15. Run till 9:15 and hope to be on time for my 10:00am meeting. Goals I need to sleep less. 6-7 hours are sustainable.  I need to eat less.  Coffee is about 100-200ml of milk on average 90cal and 4g of protien  Corned Beef/Pork with 3 eggs and Rice are less than 1k calories.  Corned Beef: 320g of meat, 426 calories, 56g protien, 2000mg of sodium Rice 150g 160 calories 3 Eggs 240 calories 14g of protein.  Dinner is a problem because we cant not pig out. He have to have a pre-agreed solution thats sustainable. 

My time is 18:30.56 I need to set up my coffee nook. Its been taking 15-20 minutes. Depends on how distracted I am. My mistake is forgetting to grind while I do something else.

Learned a lot this weekend. Found a cheaper substitute to my 9.5k meds. I also found that the latest VLC is actually 2.0.0 and got 1.7.5 to work on my Zenfone Max many lessons about the Zenfone Max that I need to begin some Folder and Reference Docs Projects for Drawing (Krita), Blender, and my Chinese Studies. Sunday night Aug 9  to Aug 10 around 1-2am niko had a night terror and sleep walking. He fought us but did not make sense and kept screaming. He even ran out of the room. He was always saying he wants bago, or to buy money, and other such confusing nonsense. We fixed a lot of his crankiness and negativity by sleeping early. 10hours of sleep helps me wake up more positive. We have to keep him in the dark to make him settle to sleep. Sunday he swam and tried to swim without his floatation  vest. He can do the jacuzzi but when he tried the big pool he survived but got traumatized. He would kneel down and hug his knees when emotionally stung hard. There was a party in the pool he wanted to join. I told him that would be crashing. It added to his vocabulary. I tried to tell him school is like a party where he's invited.

Just marking this event, since I was super scared it would be stolen in the Philippine Mail. According to the Stamps it was sent in August 30, and it arrived in the Quezon City in September 11. Today is the 24th, so it took 13 days almost two weeks for it to get from the Post Office to our eastwood city office. Okaaay? I just learned after getting paid that I could have asked to get double the value in SJgames store credit. I would take that if I ever (unlikely) get paid again to buy gaming stuff. I've been living more frugally lately so the added income is a great ease. As much as I would spend it on getting myself Toys (Airsoft stuff) most of it is going to savings since its going to be a rough road ahead since both me and this misus are going to be studying. I'll be trying to spend more time self studying programming, while the misus is getting masters. Giant Spider in the Kitchen. Ok, as a nerd I know my basics about insects. Having a giant ass spider in the kitchen basically means, leaving the bits of food out has created an eco-system that attracted creatures big enough for the spider to prey on. Aw fuck! Its big enough to eat the lizards, and thats what it must have been doing waiting in the bottom of the sink where bits of food can be found that attract the lizard population. It is as big as the spiders in the exotic pet stores. It must have come from outside. It make look small from the picture, but given how eyes work, how it naturally zooms in the details, its huge. My hand is there to scale. As a predator hunts prey without a web, it must be strong enough to wrestle a lizard as big at its main body. Damn those claws are huge.
