Exercise update

It took 23 mins to exercise and stretch yesterday Sep 5, end of the day weight was 173lbs. All with 14lb rig.
I do about 11mins stretching and 5 mins of strength training. 
I've been finding my strain or weak point. Raised my right knee to step on a chair and tried to make my Torso touch my thigh and moving to fast I pulled the weak part. But still fumble carefully around for it. Need to research what to do.
