Did not do a 14lb rig 11min hiit.
Mindfull of my back, I just give my lower back it's usual workout but don't strain it too much. No point keeping it weak from over exertion and over compensation.
Forgot how to breath, typically I'm able to do 3 second breathes while 8-10kph (6kph with rig).
Poor diet this week from stress and appetite fatigue. Still need to up my Protien. I've been below 200g a day unlike my usual 350g a day.
