I've heard of the Platform of Gibo (Teodoro) but Promises are just air. When reading into your politicians, consider their motives more than their promises. Look at the consistency of their actions over their vows to change. Have you every changed much of your life? Ask yourself how much you have change and how much you have stayed the same. Its hard to change certain aspects of our life. So we look to the consistency of our candidates for the best clues if there is credibility to their claim.
