Running update
SLBS 10:12-10:23
HIIT with 14lbs rig 10:50-11:03 performance 1.5/5, effort 3/5. I was not all there. I'm cutting and my will is sap. I need more calories and Protien. 
Running with rig 11:16-11:36
Nike 20:14mins, 3.39km last incline was 2. Ran 0.5km at 12kph most of it. 
I forgot star trac Stat. 
Breathing and dizzyiness was my key effort metric.
