Running update

44:42mins, 7.52km, 5:52 mins per km.
4km with 14lb rig. 4.0 incline going down 0.5 incline every half km. Nike
49mins, 5.65km,star trac.
A back injury relapse last Thursday when I did an 80lb deadlift with  barbells.
I can exercise that strain with 20lb deadlift with  the vest.
Belly breathing during the run was hard but helpful. I don't get dehydrated when I do this. My throat seems Ok.
Tried the expired whey. Fuck it. I'll just drink fortified milk.
