Running update

30:06 mins 5km by nike in 4.25 instar trac and 4.97 in fitbit. Oh well that's depressing. Anyway feet hurt, the arch. Backs been hurting constantly. Over ate yesterday in the buffet duh. Slept Ok. Started taking the antihistamines at 745. It helped go to sleep in time and I'm early for once. Hope to be earlier next time.

Running update

4.34 by star trac 33minus 5k by nike. Figure out how to calculate my star trac average speed. I'm doing slower because of no bfast and with the intent to burn fat by pushing the wall. Knees hurt, feet felt prickly, had problems keeping my breath up at star trac 9 but better than before. Distracting a matures working out in the gym. They will break something. Hopefully anything rake except other people and the equipment. Dips 40 / push-ups 40+

Running update

Below 30 minutes according to Nike, 5km. Star trac its 4.3km and about the same as Nike in fitbit. I adjusted Nike to be at pace with fitbit. Will do 40 dips and 40+ push ups. Need to feel the arm pain with the push ups. Leg muscles were hard, I though I might hurt myself. Will not push too hard. Will try to have easier goals. I maintained mostly 9 in the star trac speed. Probably 10kph given that I finish this all in 30 minutes.

Running update

In 32 minutes 6km according to Nike App but I calibrated it to 5.5km fit bit. Which was 4.8 according to star trac. Lowered Mental alertness occurred at around past the half way mark. About 3/4th I think. Prickly feeling in the feet at the last km.

Running update

5km according to Nike App, 29 minutes and 4km according to star trac. 4.75 according to fitbit. Breathing is my biggest barrier. So I can't breath enough at >8.5 speeds. I can sustain it and power through the pain but I can't breathe enough. How pain differs from now and before at certain speeds is worth noting but would be a long discussion. The pain is the same, I just have more going on. Mentally I can't track all the pain and my priorities shifted to my current need air. Sleeping improved, which is a good sign of improved HT. Will do 40/40 again.

Niko Noted Events

Image
Last night and the night before Niko actually liked snuggling up to his dad, so I've got to put this down. the last time he did this was when he was much smaller about 1 year or less. Normally he would snuggle up to his mom, but today and yesterday was a surprise. Maybe because of how cold it was, my added weight is making me harder to cool down. I couldn't just leave the bed. That night when I pulled out my arm under him he woke up and sat up.  He likes "Jump High" and asks me to toss his 30lb up  - he is my weight training (like seriously counting the reps per toss) he can read a bunch of words because of Endless Alphabet he can write egg on the key board to look for Kinder Egg Surprise  he seems to get sorry, when we appologized after the hair cut he couldnt look to my eyes and had that ADD look of not caring but didnt feel ill towards me that night after the traumatic hair cut. Parents were giving me bad looks for what I did, F*CK them.  I don

Running update

32 minuts according to Nike and about the same in fitbit. 4.5km in star trac at the same time. Late afternoon run. Need to eat a lot of meat after. Will attempt 40/40 dip and pushup.

Running update

31 minutes 5km Nike run App but 3.9km star trac. Star trac was broken it key slipping and ruining my pace. I needed to keep holding on to the rails to run which is bad for posture. Will try 40/40 reps. Will go More until chat is done.

Running update

29:10 minutes 5km by nike running app. 4.1km star trac, Pain Right foot, need tighter the shoelaces. Low consciousness, minor pain under right lung or near heart. Only drank half liter of water for the run. Will try to increase dips and push up to 40/40. Slept late but slept shorter and was fairly fine. Used to the lower back pain but still painful. Looking for therapeutic exercise in you tube.

Eating Habits Update

Image
I don't eat veggies. Not that I don't like them, I like them enough. It's just that I don't have time for them and I'm on the picky side. The vegtables I like are time consuming, and the vegtables that meet my habits are frozen peas carrots and corn. So I'm not eating vegetables, I rely on other sources of what vegtables give. I've started cooking my own food. Its all because I got inspired by Princess Jellyfish and when they ate Hot Pot Style... which is a hot plate (using a tabletop burner) where they all are cooking and eating together (200g of beef per person). The BIGGEST leap with this was that I can cook and eat at near the same time. This was a big revalation, and it was addicting. Cooking with food that takes a minute to cook, Sukiyaki cut beef at 450php per kg for example, and just pouring it over good japanese rice. Oh and very minimalist seasoning: kikoman (i've tried toyo, kikoman is a BIG difference in flavor/umami) a generous brown sug

Running update

Using the Nike running app 5km in 31 minutes. My old star trac treadmill broke when I got here. 6.12 mins per km. Star trac stats 3.9km so it's more than 20% difference. Music part is broken will probably run both apps if sound does not improve. Right food, probably arch was painful. Goal is 5km in 20 minutes to meat minimum Army requirement. Still problem sleeping. Will need to reset my system. Would be easier if niko sleeps with regularity.

Running update

42 minutes in star trac 5km and 2.5 incline. Nike running I finished 5k in 35 minutes. In 42 I did 5.95km and same as fitbit. So all my old performance I can reduce the time by certain factor and I have my Nike running. Basically I improved not degraded. The star trac accuracy is degrading if I compare it to fitbit and Nike running. Nike running is OK but I'm used to having music play 10% faster. Pain in right instep, shin, and a bit under the heart. After running the right hip hurt. Left side it was the thigh muscle. Basically pain is going to be always there it's just how much more will start hurting as I go faster and farther as I mentally adapt. This time I noticed my 156bps maintained longer and causes me to start loosing breathe even in 8kph star trec speed. Will do the other 30 and 30 after this.

Running update

46 minutes, 5km, star trac, 2.5 incline. Ate breakfast and lunch so I had a but of stomach cramps which I had to keep under control. Pain in the leg was the usual and a bit of the right knee and left thigh as it compensated right leggedness. Will try to do 30 dips and 30 pushup with my body elevated to almost parallel to the ground when I'm up. Screwing with my diet as I eat more having discovered how to easy prepare beef belly egg and a Bowl of rice. Probably 600-800 calories per serving.
