Running update

5km according to Nike App, 29 minutes and 4km according to star trac. 4.75 according to fitbit.

Breathing is my biggest barrier. So I can't breath enough at >8.5 speeds. I can sustain it and power through the pain but I can't breathe enough.

How pain differs from now and before at certain speeds is worth noting but would be a long discussion. The pain is the same, I just have more going on. Mentally I can't track all the pain and my priorities shifted to my current need air.


Sleeping improved, which is a good sign of improved HT.


Will do 40/40 again.
