Running update

4.34 by star trac 33minus 5k by nike. Figure out how to calculate my star trac average speed. I'm doing slower because of no bfast and with the intent to burn fat by pushing the wall.

Knees hurt, feet felt prickly, had problems keeping my breath up at star trac 9 but better than before.

Distracting a matures working out in the gym. They will break something. Hopefully anything rake except other people and the equipment.
