Running update

29:10 minutes 5km by nike running app. 4.1km star trac,

Pain Right foot, need tighter the shoelaces. Low consciousness, minor pain under right lung or near heart.

Only drank half liter of water for the run.

Will try to increase dips and push up to 40/40.

Slept late but slept shorter and was fairly fine.

Used to the lower back pain but still painful. Looking for therapeutic exercise in you tube.
