Running update

46 minutes, 5km, star trac, 2.5 incline. Ate breakfast and lunch so I had a but of stomach cramps which I had to keep under control.
Pain in the leg was the usual and a bit of the right knee and left thigh as it compensated right leggedness.
Will try to do 30 dips and 30 pushup with my body elevated to almost parallel to the ground when I'm up.
Screwing with my diet as I eat more having discovered how to easy prepare beef belly egg and a Bowl of rice. Probably 600-800 calories per serving.
