Running update

16 mins 1.6km star trac 4.0 incline 12 mins 2km nike Bad Head ache yesterday, can't tell where it is from. Tried caffeine but caffeine is hard to tell. Probably hunger, and possibly poor sleep because of niko. Overslept a bit today. Back hurts.

Running update

44mins 4.7km in star trac 3.0 incline. 38 minutes at 6km. Back hurts in the morning but I'm learning to live with it and straighten my back when I bend over pivoting more on my ass. Need to do more today. Performance is near what is used to be but at a magnitude weaker since I could do all that with a weight vest of 14lbs. To think it's near 6 months ago since I got inured.

33 mins, 3.25 km, star trac 3.0 incline 26 mins, 4.16km nike Back tired and still painful. Tried to exercise just half HIIT yesterday. Will hope my muscles recover quickly or faster. Had respiratory problems struggled to prevent coughing. Pain is in the high 4/10 and again in the right side more. Hips Feeling weak.

26 mins 2.4km star trac 3.0 incline 18 mins, 3km nike More back pain now. Don't know why. Usually it's 2/10 and now it's 3-4/10 and on the right side. Been trying to sleep on my back. Aircon has not been good. I have cough and colds. I should wear a mask and carry  some in a kit.

30 mins 2.7km star trac 2.0 incline 17 mins 2.8km Nike Back feels strained. It feels like pressure on the right side and on the hip. Yesterday I rested from Saturdays errands and chores. So many things to do for chats test and taking care of niko. Had a mold fever and chills last sat night. Improved by Sunday morning. Still feel weak and prone to relapse. Being careful. I think I'm at 170lbs again.

30 mins 2.56km in 2.0 incline star trac 26 mins 3.87km Nike Back hurt when I slept and woke up. More the right than left. I sleep. On my right facing the right of the bed. My right hip and back hurt. Missed my workout yesterday. Woke up early but have trouble getting out of bed. Will do pushup and sit ups to tire myself out more for bed. Will need to get more restful sleep. Been drinking but need to depend less on that. I need to develop good sleeping habit without drugs. Bed by 830 has been a good mental benchmark. Need to work on it more. And sleep by 930. At most note stuff on 15 to dump my memory.

28 mins, 2.6km star trac ~3.0 incline 19mins 2.8km nike Back was not so bad this morning. Back was a bit strained when I slept with my feet suspended on the edge of the bed. Back was no so much bothering in the run. Overworked my back yesterday with  all the chores.took muscle relaxant before bed. Will do half HIIT.

42 min 3.6km star trac 36 mins 4.0km nike Back spasmed when I was lining up on Starbucks. Don't know how that was triggered. Back has been hurting since. This morning it hurt nd the run has been hurting a lot more. Probably 4-5 / 10. Will stretch and do a hiit.

31min 2.8km star trac 2.0 incline 19min 3km Nike Back hurt when I woke up. Now that I think about it I maybe experiencing 2-3/10 because im a wus. Need to do some half HIIT. Left leg hip socket is weak. My back pain is triggering  some stomach discomfort around my Torso.

39 min 3.82km star trac and 2.0 incline. 5.11km at 34mins. Back is still bad, but it seems better than yesterday. Left leg hip-hop socket is kinda feeling weak. Could be better, like not feeling anything wrong. Will do half a hiit. It's still hard to finish a hiit. Half way always. Weight is a problem I've long acknowledged but failed to blog.

24 mins 2.29km star trac 4.0 incline 18 mins 3.0 km in nike Woke up to back pain. I have mild pain most of the day. I need to build core muscle. Will do half a hiit.

26 min 2.48km in star trac 4.0 incline 19 min at 3.2km in nike Back was fine yesterday. Remarkably no pain even in some basic tests.did not teat more. But this morning I felt the pain. Pressure on my back hips.  Will stretch and do half HIIT.

33 mins, 2.57 km star trac 20 mins, 2.79km nike My back hurts. 5/10 but a pain that reminds me of weakness and breaking. Dont known why it's not improving my much.

31 mins 2.5km St star trac 28 mins at 3km at nike 4.0 incline Back pain was bad and I aggravated it with  some grocery and niko lifting I have a  terrible head ache because I slept late and caffeine withdrawal . Will sleep. Early and take the Holy three : antihistamines, anti inflammatory, and muscle relaxant. I should swear off caffeine I'm the week ends. So my system doesn't get too dependent.
