Back hurt when I slept and woke up. More the right than left. I sleep. On my right facing the right of the bed.

My right hip and back hurt. Missed my workout yesterday. Woke up early but have trouble getting out of bed. Will do pushup and sit ups to tire myself out more for bed.

Will need to get more restful sleep. Been drinking but need to depend less on that. I need to develop good sleeping habit without drugs.

Bed by 830 has been a good mental benchmark. Need to work on it more. And sleep by 930. At most note stuff on 15 to dump my memory.
