Running update

4km and 3mi by Nike running in 28 minutes. 5th km in 36 minutes. 4th mile in 39mins. Oh yeah extraordinary performance die. To the gym being extra cold.  Fitbit says 6.2km in 45mins of workout.  Tried the life hacker 7min work out again and had a hard time yesterday. Can barely make some of the moves. I'm now on the liquid diet starting now. Doesn't taste bad. Leaves me enough calories for coffee and a meal for social situations.

Easier way to eat oatmeal for me.

Running update

First 5km run by treadmill 39mins, by Nike 30mins (39mins was 3.66miles ), by fit bit 5.1km in 39mins. Incline was at 10% and maintained 10 kph in my longest sustained peaks. Rested at 5kph.

Managed 4 kills in one game. We were fighting newbies and of course we were far more trained and experienced, and organized. Lessons Learned My paranoia helps and is slowly cultivating into a skill, I am able to make myself think in the heat of combat, considering the opponents and the tactics. Attack Quickly and Retreat immediately and displace requires a lot of endurance, i gained because of running. I don't have skills to hit but being good in the other parts (displace, retreat, and caution) helps me survive long enough to get a kill and take advantages of opportunities - it eventually boiled down to them making a mistake first. When Allies are down and against an overwhelming foe (Gman) aggressive and risky strategy is in order - 1) i get to calm my nerves and rest because of quick death, 2) Calculated Risks pushes his prediction abilities to their limit, 3) His allies are more reliant on his leadership and I gain the edge when I take way more initiative than I normally

Running update

I had a head ache today and despite body pains in chose to run. I overate my allowed calories yesterday and today by lunch. The milk I drink is about 125 calories with my coffee tea of about 30 calories from the sugar. by treadmill distance I did 4km but because its an offday it was only 10% incline and 32 minutes (by fitbit distance it was 7km). Our treadmill's internal clock is slower so its not exactly accurate. If fitbit measures by accelerometer then at 10% incline where I am measured to have traveled +3km farther (9km for the day; probably 7km working out) because compared to when I do my regular 20-30% incline my fitbit distance is at 5km vs the treadmills 4km in 31mins; I think its can be deduced how it calculates distance because it seems that when my footfalls are farther apart it says I'm going faster but in actuality the incline is at 0 and I have a longer pace.  I learned I rather know my Optimal Performance even if environmental factors will reduce it to 3

Decision making systems are Russian dolls

Any sophisticated decision making systems like a person is made up of smaller decision making systems that have enough complexity to be interesting by their own right. In exercise when pain and concentration mix I feel aware of my petty personalities that exist. They have their own motivations limited by their own smaller grasp of the situation. I guess it's that greater whole which lends itself foresight that align all these personalities into a single conscious form. Self awareness being a continuous stream of multiple cognitive process able to reflect and aware of the surroundings and narrative of the situation is a pretty bleak way to look at life or sapiens. But it is that human sentimentality that attaches value to this consciousness that allows me to see such conscious flows as beings.  I really should research what they call this View of Reality - the conscious stream view. Its kinda macabre and to religious depressing, but for me its a way to live with death

Running update

4km in 31mins in mostly 2-3 incline. Walking the 5th km in 16mins. Treadmill stats, probably 10% better in fitbit stats. Nike Running died on me again, :( i look like  bitch in my nike running stats.

Running update

Best time is 4km in 32 minutes, from last week it was 34 minutes. But I do it with a low incline at about 2 most of the way and now at 3. Incline is a major influence of how hard it to do a km. Running every other day give me the fastest improvement so far, but I don't feel better since I get more voracious.
