Running update

4km and 3mi by Nike running in 28 minutes. 5th km in 36 minutes. 4th mile in 39mins. Oh yeah extraordinary performance die. To the gym being extra cold. 
Fitbit says 6.2km in 45mins of workout. 
Tried the life hacker 7min work out again and had a hard time yesterday. Can barely make some of the moves.

I'm now on the liquid diet starting now. Doesn't taste bad. Leaves me enough calories for coffee and a meal for social situations.
