Running update
Best time is 4km in 32 minutes, from last week it was 34 minutes. But I do it with a low incline at about 2 most of the way and now at 3.
Incline is a major influence of how hard it to do a km.
Running every other day give me the fastest improvement so far, but I don't feel better since I get more voracious.
