Running update

28 minutes  2.9 km star trac, 4km Nike, 14lb rig. 4.0 incline. Left knee and right ankle weakening. 161lbs morning weight. Found a regular diet of roast beef. Will go to buy roast beef 250 to freeze. But I will have it portioned to 5 meals and sauces.

Work out update; Niko's DLS GH test; Mandarin studies

did another 7 min (10 minute) exercise. should have done it earlier chair dips can only go on for 20 sec right ankle area acted up during the high knee area. push up and rotate is still slow.  feeling a bit of that fever thing in the back of my throat this morning and monday afternoon.  Goals other than maxing out the activities an reps in the 30 second intervals.  being fit enough to do this 2x a session.  Need to add weight to the vest in the future. I can't just add at a specific time. but over time the weight vest gets heavier.  Doing more push ups and lifts. after 4+ hours there is a tendency to work out and study mandarin. Doing writing exercises and the  Mandarin Class Mandarin's writing exercises is not for Basic 3 but I have to work on it now. Also because I've gotten a habit down. I memorize stuff more now that I remember the characters. I will catch up and i will master it better. My main problem is speaking is shifting in multi-tone words. 

Workout update

I've gained some muscle definition. This is from 1 hour a day worth  of work outs. Spanning a week of 4 out if 7 days. It boils down to almost 2 minutes (30 sec reps)  worth of intense push-ups, pull ups, chair dips,  lifts etc with the 14lb vest per day. And having done the 10 min workout 3x in a week. I got sick yesterday. So it did come at a cost. This is hitting diminishing returns. Expecting twice as much effort and time for more definition to emerge.

27 minutes, 3km star trac 4.0 incline. 4.5km Nike. 14LB Weighs Breathing is off when I get tired. It fails to sync up and I loose breath.

Running update

25 minutes 2.8km in star trac, 4km Nike. 4.0 incline Breathing will be fairly steady regardless of speed. Faster breathing does not mean more oxygen. It temporarily boosts oxygen but diminishes quickly. As skill level increases I can maintain the same breathing pace under greater speed. It becomes a matter of breathing efficiency. Heart rate is the key to causing me to be more efficient I'm breathing.

Food Poisoning 10-2-2015 to 10-3-2015

Background. Suspected bad food was Shawarma Place in Pacific Star Food Court. My usual. Lost appetite after that hour and kept burping. Still full. The lack of appetite AND the bloated feeling should have been signal enough to start Purging. I spent the whole of Saturday and the rest of Friday Night trying to let it pass. Sleeping early and getting terrible chills at around 6pm of friday. I got some chills after I purged at around 6pm Saturday. The purge was 3+ rounds. The initial nausea causing me to vomit the Ice-cream from lunch 4 hours ago (should have gone down long ago). Then there was 2-3 rounds that expelled the apples from bfast. Symptoms: I didn't feel hungry. Note that my caffeine intake has made this a common symptom. So if i took my afternoon coffee I cant exactly gauge.  Bloated. Burping the smell of the meal 4-6 hours ago. That should be strange. Usually i've digested 2-3 hours after the meal.  6 hours since last meal. if symptoms persist, I should
