Workout update

I've gained some muscle definition. This is from 1 hour a day worth  of work outs. Spanning a week of 4 out if 7 days. It boils down to almost 2 minutes (30 sec reps)  worth of intense push-ups, pull ups, chair dips,  lifts etc with the 14lb vest per day. And having done the 10 min workout 3x in a week.

I got sick yesterday. So it did come at a cost.

This is hitting diminishing returns. Expecting twice as much effort and time for more definition to emerge.
