60g of protein = 300g of meat; Medical Check up

60g of protein to maintain muscle mass. That translates to 300grams meat (strangely most meats are 30% protein; of course if there is fats and breading you'd have to factor those out). Thats about 3 pcs of 1/8 chicken plus various other sources like milk, protein shake, and some cereals. Made that terrible mistake of dieting sacrificing protein, first thing to go was muscle :( Other than other essentials i won't remove the 60g of protein this time.

Will try to get a medical check up by next week from a Sports Medicine Doctor. Will check if there is other ways to keep the cost down like my insurance or promos.
