Groggy morning and HIIT
The HIIT, now modified with 14 seta of 35 seconds with 10 second breaks in between at 10.5 mins I still torturous for me. Still taking too much time since I take 2-5 mins worth of breaks.
The sciatica stretching just takes 10.5 minute but doesn't need additional time delay for breaks.
Pull ups from Hanging is 1.5. Adjusting grip from hanging is very hard for me. I can't do it in this one try. Will work on it.
