0.0 incline, had 2 incline to begin with but got down to 0.0 after 1.5km

Back sore, right knee has some healing  to go. Left knee feels fine. Feet and shin had some stress and that foreshadows more stress before I reach my next performance level.

Sciatica stretches, then hiit, and then pushups and chair dips after planned.
Maybe a sciatica wind down.
