My back has been hurting cause I can't exercise tomorrow and yesterday.

On the back cycling seems to help and will try to do it for a minute every morning along with crunches. I should  back dynamic stretching.

Can't do hiit in gym full.

Breathing has been difficult near the end. It feels like my throat got narrower. Slow start at 6-6.6 and stayed at 7-7.5kph by star trac.

Everything hurts. But will learn to get over it.
