Running update

27 mins, 2.78km star trac 23 mins, 4km, Nike 4.0 incline, water at 1 half Almost vomited my coffee Did better because I had coffee Woke up late at 8:10am instead of the usual 7am. Go to the gym by 9:29 am. Learned to just not wash the basket between espresso shots. Need to get to wearing loads again. Probably at 173lbs again. Need to diet properly. Need to sleep asap when I get home. List of thing to prep before bed.

Niko update June 28 2016

So we tried studying with niko. He needs to do worksheets and he has a lot of problems writing. Most importantly we needed to instill: 1) wanting to study 2) pride in his work. 3) a matter of fact approach to failure. 4) the ability to concentrate So far he has the following learning goals: 1) bayang magiliw 2) writing his name, writing in general 3) being able to read a book and find the pages. He complains a lot and struggles with concentration. He would take only 1 minute to write a line if he can concentrate.

Coffee prep

My time is 18:30.56 I need to set up my coffee nook. Its been taking 15-20 minutes. Depends on how distracted I am. My mistake is forgetting to grind while I do something else.

Morning Routine Update June 26 2016

My attempt to have a more efficient morning routine: Wake Up. I really need 8 hours of sleep.  I try to wake up at 5am and sleep at 9pm.  Major Challenges is getting  the family to go to sleep at this time.  Work Out.  My performance has been down since I'm kinda hungry having just woke up. Down by haf to 30% less.  I need all my things ready and accessible. So I: Pocket Dump Bucket. Where all my pocket stuff is dumped.  Cellphones Arm Bands Fitbit Chargers and Charging stuff dump in the nook.  Notebook Pens Earphones Eat and Coffee.  It takes about 15-20 mins to prepare 3 shots of coffee.  I have jaja prep bfast of corned beef, egg, and rice for me. I try to keep under 400g or about 300g meal. I will need to move slowly to a 200g meal to have better cutting.  Study or Write. I need to study more in this period.  So typically it takes me about 3-4 hours to be ready for work. If I can begin at 5am the better!

24 mins 2.68km star trac 22 mins 4km nike 4.0 incline Woke up late, family slept late. Bad workout yesterday and the week because of all th E early meetings. I have a new routine I'm trying to make a habit. Wake up, work out, eat and coffee, bath and shit, study or write. Trying to fit that in 3-4 hours.

39 mins at 4.14km star trac 36 mins at 6km at nike 4.0 incline My back has been hurting cause I can't exercise tomorrow and yesterday. On the back cycling seems to help and will try to do it for a minute every morning along with crunches. I should  back dynamic stretching. Can't do hiit in gym full. Breathing has been difficult near the end. It feels like my throat got narrower. Slow start at 6-6.6 and stayed at 7-7.5kph by star trac. Everything hurts. But will learn to get over it.

June 18-19 weekend

Learned a lot this weekend. Found a cheaper substitute to my 9.5k meds. Entegard at 8k php.  that the Corned beef of 340g can is actually as advertised and not otherwise when I first measured.  I got a secondary phone the Zenfone Max and it has a lot of bugs for a poweruser like me.  That I can install apps that are usually barred by region if I can get the APK and I have developer options.  I installed blogger, which was regionally barred, from downloading it from APKmirror. I also found that the latest VLC is actually 2.0.0 and got 1.7.5 to work on my Zenfone Max many lessons about the Zenfone Max that I need to begin some Folder and Reference Docs Projects for Drawing (Krita), Blender, and my Chinese Studies. I need one for my chinese studies to make Anki Cards.   I need a book stand for holding up stuff I will reference while I'm on the desktop I will buy jaspers' old computer to help him pay for his new computer.  Coco Hut is actually Army Navy but Filipi

Exercise Update

Did two 7 minute hiits today at around 10:30am. Ended at about 11. Using a. 5lb rig. My vest with a 2lb weight. I removed a bunch of the weights from 14 to just 5lbs. My weight is 172lbs. I need to cut 5lbs. Haven't weighed myself for a while.

He peed in the bed, probably around 3am. I woke up to fix it (happy Father's day). He's been peeing sometimes lately. we slept late at around 12mn. He woke up late at 9 and after eating and bath he went back to sleep. We woke him up at 10am for the bus but he cried a lot. His moods His sleeping pattern His attitude to school He gained germ phobia in school. Must have used fear. We watched finding dory yesterday. He was very happy except for the minor tantrums that day.  We went to BGC center square and still paid for expensive parking even if we got validated (30php per hour past 3 hours). We went around, and then checked out rockwell. he liked it and wants to go back. Had a bit of a tantrum about that.
