27 mins, 2.78km star trac 23 mins, 4km, Nike 4.0 incline, water at 1 half Almost vomited my coffee Did better because I had coffee Woke up late at 8:10am instead of the usual 7am. Go to the gym by 9:29 am. Learned to just not wash the basket between espresso shots. Need to get to wearing loads again. Probably at 173lbs again. Need to diet properly. Need to sleep asap when I get home. List of thing to prep before bed.
