Running update

49 minutes 5km star trac and 7.2km Nike. 2.0 incline in 3km and star trac 9kph. First length of 4km Nike is 6kph star trac.


Problem is belly growing, too much carbs in the wrong timing. Too much food I'm grams per meal. I should stick to less than 250g.
