Running update

40 mins, 4.5 km star trac, 6.8km Nike. Incline 4.0 all the way.

Had a long day with niko and chat. Went ice skating in mega mall. Blew close to 10k that day. About 25% of what i make in a month.

Back still feels sore, we'll I'm guessing it's sore. I'm just hoping it's just sore as I build it up.

Keeping to 150bpm effort level and improving diet and sleep.

Hoping depleting myself at this amount tois enough to lessen the belly. Will experiment with 3-6 eggs a day. Buttered rice starts now lolz.
