Running update

40 mins, 4.5 km star trac, 6.8km Nike. Incline 4.0 all the way. Had a long day with niko and chat. Went ice skating in mega mall. Blew close to 10k that day. About 25% of what i make in a month. Back still feels sore, we'll I'm guessing it's sore. I'm just hoping it's just sore as I build it up. Keeping to 150bpm effort level and improving diet and sleep. Hoping depleting myself at this amount tois enough to lessen the belly. Will experiment with 3-6 eggs a day. Buttered rice starts now lolz.

HIIT update, injury update

Did a life hacker HIIT (lhhiit). The variant is I do deadlift for the squats of 80lbs. That's not a normal variant and I will have to reduce that load or go only pure body weight. The concept of shredding to strengthen has been anecdotally salient to me. I want to have a stronger lower back, so I am trying to take it easy with my back but give it a good work out. I overdid it today. It's been almost 7 weeks since my injury and I have some chronic pain again in my lower back. I don't get it and at the same time some realization. The positive is that the deadlift really hits the weakspot and it highlights my weakness in a more specific nature. I think it was carrying all my gear in the airsoft game in a farmers carry from the car to the site and back is what injured me At the same time the negative is I have an injury and it will take more than 7 weeks to get better or will I heal much faster because this is signaling the body to develop that muscle and bone group?

Niko's Birthday is comming

Interesting. My son (turning 5 on sunday) stopped being friends with MG and Chikara because some of their concepts of friendship is monopolizing the attention. If "A" is the friend, then A has to only hang around and pay attention to what the friend says and does. Chikara needs Niko to pay attention to him and do what he says. I'm sure its reciprocal but Niko does not  have the attenion or capacity to monopolize his time to one person. If's takes after me, he's going to be curious to understand and talk to everyone. MG is kinda too rough. He tends to hurt niko and my son has a bad experience with MG. Avery and Soske throw their weight around, Soske delights bullying him. Niko is best friends with Joaquin. Another filipino kid in school who is about 2-3 years old. He loves niko and calls him Kuya. Niko really wants to have a sibling. Problem is the bullies, his friendliness to everyone doesnt put him in a "clique" which is also can serve to

Running update

Slept late 20 minutes 2.2km Nike and 2km in star trac. Had a game. Will do that only once to twice a week. Will be more rested. Basic mandarin 2 Class was not so hard last time. Getting better but need to really spend time to write. Do not shred more than I can heal.

Running update

50 mins 5.3 star trac and 5.8km Nike. 2.0 incline. Th ought about what would civilization look like if men loved only to 16-18 and were weakened. How would we still figure out how to oppress each other?

Running update

42 mins 4km star trac and 6km Nike. Incline 4.0 knees conditioning Friday (or Thursday). Marching speed 3.5kph, running 5.5kph, and running fast 8km, sprinting 10-13kph. Easy to hard with in the same effort level. Weak back and lungs.

37 mins, 4.1km star trac 2.0 incline 30 mins 4.7km Nike Back still weak. Cramming some exercise At 5770 steps.

Running update

21 minutes 2.3km in star trac and 2.8km at Nike. Sprint day and figured out how to use the number pad to type out 15kph and 5kph. Back and Torso feels weird. Not strong enough. Will try to do some light dead lifts. Was sick ish yesterday.

Running update

49 minutes 5km star trac and 7.2km Nike. 2.0 incline in 3km and star trac 9kph. First length of 4km Nike is 6kph star trac. Problem is belly growing, too much carbs in the wrong timing. Too much food I'm grams per meal. I should stick to less than 250g. Like the new music inset up.

Niko sick

Niko is sick. He vomited 3 times.  I was sure it was food poisoning and he never go to the level where he just vomited water. So I'm assuming the toxin is still there. Was not able to work out and bloated.

Running update

49 min 4.9km in star trac, 6.7 in nike. 4.0 incline. Low Protien status. Still sick with coughing fits and weak back. OK. Was easier than Last time.
