Running update

2.45km by star trac and 30 mins. 8 incline until the last minute where it is 4. At 4 8kph was easy.

Nike was 3.8km and 28 minutes.

I have to do some push ups and dips. Two sets at the least.

I worry about my knees.  Backs Ok but if i bend a certain way I'm off.
