Running update

16.45 mins 2km star trac. 1km with  rig at 9mins plus time to remove. And 7.5 mins to run the rest. Recovery is much faster. Unlike before where there was numbness and no pain these where squishy painless my legs were jelly. Takinf a break to help heal fast. I think I'm the type to take 2-3 weeks to reach peak.

Running update, HIT

18 minutes 2.14km on star trac. 4.0 incline. 14lb rig adjusted to be higher over the rib.17.14 mins by nike and 2.5km. HIT a while Ago. About 30 minute break between. Will need to do other hit activities before calling it a day. Annoying people in the gym..

No run today I feel weak.

As with the post I'm not running since my knees feel weak. If it does take me twice as much time to get better then I better take it easy.

HIT update

Did a hit today. Didn't get much sleep because of niko. Even had the sleeping leg kicking syndrome. Did much poorer. Reinforcing my sentiment that I recover at half as much time. That I need greater intensity set up to improve to condition my system to that level of pain to perform. I need to add pull up, and extra chair dips, push up,  and lifts. Core strength, sprinting strength, and striking, grappling and weapon striking strength. Need to research to condition holding up a shield.

Running update, HIT

29 mins, 3km in star trac, 4.0 incline and 14lb rig. 24.5 min, 3.4km in nike Did a hit at 530pm. Will do some push ups and chair dips. Need to do lifts, push-ups, chair dips, and Bow draws everyday. 3x a week do it with more intensity. Weak this weak because unable to walk or work out because of needing to stay put.

Running and HIT Update

Did  hit at 11:50 am. 10 mins life hacker 7 minute workout. With 14lb rig Ran 17 minutes. 2km on the star trac treadmill with  4.0 incline. 2.5km in Nike. 14lb rig. Weak from Sundays mega work out. Still feel skinny but paranoid all will be lost.

Running update

17 minutes 2km 4.0 incline. Nike 2.54km. 14lb rig. Had airsoft this morning 1130 to 1pm. Did the life hacker hit at around 2pm. Now this. I need to do this in Chinese. 我要写这用汉子。

Running update, HIT update

20 minutes. 2.17km star trac. 4.0 incline. 3km Nike. 6kph 140-150bpm 7-8kph 150-160bpm 10 min HIT life hacker. 15lb rig. 100bpm average 120-130bpm top at the end.

Night terrors

Running update

Today it was 27 minutes 3km on star trac 4.0 incline. 4 minute on Nike. 14lb rig. Last time it was 2km chat had a coughing fit so I had to stop. The incline was broken. I need to run more often in the morning. Sleep earlier even when Chat and niko are restless. Curse of a light sleeper.
