Running and HIT Update

Did  hit at 11:50 am. 10 mins life hacker 7 minute workout. With 14lb rig

Ran 17 minutes. 2km on the star trac treadmill with  4.0 incline. 2.5km in Nike. 14lb rig.


Weak from Sundays mega work out.

Still feel skinny but paranoid all will be lost.
