HIT update

Did a hit today. Didn't get much sleep because of niko. Even had the sleeping leg kicking syndrome.

Did much poorer. Reinforcing my sentiment that I recover at half as much time. That I need greater intensity set up to improve to condition my system to that level of pain to perform.

I need to add pull up, and extra chair dips, push up,  and lifts.

Core strength, sprinting strength, and striking, grappling and weapon striking strength.

Need to research to condition holding up a shield.
