I could not sustain more than 6.5kph. Breathing and heart rate can't take it.  Trying to how a baby so not able to run. Like niko I need 10 hours of sleep. Will try to go to sleep at 9, dress down at 8.

I should set my sleep goals at 10 hours.
It really is a Disadvantages.
