Running update

33 mins. 5km Nike. 3.3km star trac. 4.5 incline. 14lbs rig.

My calves feel really tired. I was afraid I would break my knees. I ate only a fit bar prior to the run. Will just eat tuna.

Been waking up late. Some things wrong with  my sleeping. Woke up groggy even if I am be hitting rems.
