Running update

33 mins. 5km Nike. 3.3km star trac. 4.5 incline. 14lbs rig. My calves feel really tired. I was afraid I would break my knees. I ate only a fit bar prior to the run. Will just eat tuna. Been waking up late. Some things wrong with  my sleeping. Woke up groggy even if I am be hitting rems.

Running update

25 mins. 4.0km Nike. 2.9km star trac,  4.0 incline Knee sides of left. And lack of confidence in knees. Worked out this morning. Stuck to diet today.

Running update

3.2km and incline 4.0 by star trac, 31 minutes. Nike 5km. 14lbs vest. Lower knees. Hard time breathing. Ate at 5pm 1pc chicken meal. Ate little today.

Too Late and So many regrets

Why wasn't I taught how to assess the tasks that make up a course of action in many of the key activities in life? Now I have a more precise ability to list all the things that needs to happen before something can happen from my study of logistics and found some coping mechanisms  to deal with procrastination and anxiety but I have this so late in life. Collecting so many coping mechanisms that so many other people grew up with makes me regretful of my background and envious at the advantage they had and the success they got in their 20s while I'm barely building up in my late 30s :( As I try to run 15km and try to meet +60k steps a week I already feel the limits and lack of time I have to turn things around. Continuously lacking in the min standards for health just to be fit enough to fight  :( and with a mind that is improving too slowly for the work it needs to accomplish. All I can say is that my son will not have my disadvantages. Even if something happens to

47 mins, 5km star trac, Nike 7.59km 4.0 incline Knees feel weak. The muscles around my ribs under my arms and near the back tingles in weakness. I've been overly conscious about the state of my knees. I hope I'm not damaging them.

Running update

32 mins, 3.8 star trac, 5km Nike. 4.0 inclinr Left knee upper, right knee lower.  I was really out of it and it felt dragging.  Poor sleep 

Condition

I've been waking tired and distracted. My neck has weak or cramped muscle. It's like I have so much to do and no clue which one to do, and not much drive to do it. In pacing I'm somewhere in suspense but in a fight I can't win. Taking today to rest.

Running update

35 minutes, 5km Nike and 4.2 star trac. 4 incline. Left knee lower and upper right knee. Cankersores again. I feel weak and was not able to wake up early like before. Regretted eating a good dish. I remember that diet means one good meal and the rest healthy oats and milk.
