Next years spending: Phone, Camera, and Armor

next year my phone contract will end, December 29 2014. I plan to apply all the things I learned about such purposes as well as building my own wardrobe.

New Phone (Optional)

 If I successfully FLASH or install a NEW rom in the Note2 then I won't get the expensive S5 Duos and instead just get a Dual Sim Phone (Like the Galaxy Grand 2) and move all my Work activities there. I will need to have a secure "device carrying" pouch array to house cables, power packs, and the two devices and a way to secure them (ideally a lock).

New Phone Plan 

There is no more unlimited Internet but according to my use history, I use about 1Gig a month since I turned off the auto updates and update by wifi. So I just need the Go Surf 599 plan and Unli Globe Calls for 499 with 200 peso value consumable.

Sports Camera

Polaroid made a Cube, a 100USD sports camera that will be used Heavy Combat and Airsoft. Ideally I have 2 cameras, but I'm getting ahead of myself. 

The Sparring Armor

From my research, I need nylon fabric to sew my own Arming Garment, and a way to layer it all. The materials for just the arming garment will cost easily 5,000-10,000 per set. The helmet is another thing and will try to keep costs down. 

I will need to buy some manila paper to make the patterns.

I want to be a morning person

I woke up 4:45am, because of Jetlag.  I love it when I can wake up early for once. I fed Niko with reheated pasta his mom made and strawberry yogurt, a habit we both gained while in NYC. It took me around 30-40mins to feed him, given how difficult it is to make him eat even when you know he should be starving. It took me 40 mins to prepare about two 250ml of coffee, each with about 40-35g of Gourmet Beans. This should be enough for 4 days. I put two servings per container of protein shake, which melts into it while its still hot, because I intend to drink 120ml shot at a time mixed in with a lot of milk. I changed into running gear and strapped on my Pistol belt filled with pouches. It was raining pretty bad. I want to really check out my neighborhood what was open at around 6am in a regular day. Technically I'm done with the project

no charter . after learning what a charter is and because they don't work with a charter I'll never do a project without it. A charter is a written agreement with a project sponsor/employer/ in what outputs to be expected and what points are needed to consider a project done. I've never worked with a character before and was continually frustrated and depressed because of constant revisions and fluctuating tastes and expectations. I'd rather be thought of a total prick than to destroy my life working without a charter. This comes up because, when technically my dad removed me from the website project I'm being asked to arrange it again. This fuels my wishes, not to mention memories of unbearable depressions, to really leave the company I just joined in 2 months. Honestly, I'm here cause my parents want me. 60g of protein = 300g of meat; Medical Check up

60g of protein to maintain muscle mass. That translates to 300grams meat (strangely most meats are 30% protein; of course if there is fats and breading you'd have to factor those out). Thats about 3 pcs of 1/8 chicken plus various other sources like milk, protein shake, and some cereals. Made that terrible mistake of dieting sacrificing protein, first thing to go was muscle :( Other than other essentials i won't remove the 60g of protein this time. Will try to get a medical check up by next week from a Sports Medicine Doctor. Will check if there is other ways to keep the cost down like my insurance or promos.
