Running update

34 min 5k Nike,
37 min 5.1k fitbit and star trac 4.1k.

Couksbt go faster. Felt the muscle and strength loss. My feet and ankles felt weak. Need to eat more Protien and calcium. Will have some tapa and yogurt after this.
