Running update

40 minutes in Nike for 5k. 42mins in star trac it hung. Annoying. Not bad but it's really hot. I I ate breakfast before this.

Personal Notes to myself

Since Memory is so Buggy Some Notes to my self. Currently 178-180lbs.  Trying the 7 min work out, but mostly running.  Currently eating Breakfast Steak marinated in low sodium kikoman, brown sugar, brown pepper and a dash of sriracha. 90g per meal, no rice (typically), and for breakfast and dinner. Spending about Php400/kg and good for 5 days. Considering ingredients I probably spend 800php / 5 days or 160 or 80php a meal.   Hungry in 2 hours after eating, I use coffee and caffaine to kill my appetite. Trying to find a way to balance my system out.  Suffering more from Eye strain and head ache from intensive Visual Input. Planning to get back to audio books again.  I've been blind typing, easier on the eyes. I might be doing it more often in order to protect my eyes as I get older.  Groggy when I wake up, but I can wake up earlier with less sleep. Problem is that I will sleep mid day. Maybe I'll try that.  Currently Aspiring to be a regular writer in games. Basically

5.36km at 32 mins. Nikenrun 3.6mi star trac at 32 minutes? Groggy, felt like I Needed more sleep.

Running update

29 mins 5km Nike but 3.80km according to star trac. Missed one week of work out. Got sick on Sunday.

Nikos Nightmares

I didnt get much sleep because niko was having his nightmares. To comfort him I had to let him touch my face to know someone was there. It kept him up, and it was terrible to seem him so traumatized. It would take time for him to heal and recover. He was bathed and fed and still was crying before going to class. Letting him sleep a bit more because he lost a lot of sleep from the nightmares.  I wonder if I had a lot of nightmares when I was young. Niko is unafraid of the dark or scary videos, hes more afraid of being left behind which the darkness does. Im choosing a strategy that hopefully wins out, that he can rationally decide on the best behavior and way to act. That if he can be reasoned, its a gamble to experiment in such a way and there will be unintended consequences. This is where I hope my parenting strategy works. 

Coming down with something, 1st Sickness of 2014 (i think)

I think this is the first time I'm getting sick this year. Expecting high fever and general weakness. No nanny so no running. Holy week means niko is with us, so not as much time to work out. I can't exactly leave him to himself.  Chronic Back pain, still I have not gone to the doctor. Less running, less painful.  I've been running 6k, and come out more damaged after each run.  I've been eating poorly, Still only one full meal in the day, and about less than 2000 calories. Still a sendentary life means  less than 1500 calories a day. 1200 is my ideal, so I've been about 500-600 calories over.  No variety and no time to prepare.  Not eating on time.  Running regularly has prevented me from getting sick for the longest time.  Probably bacterial form cleaning niko's poop in trying to get him to be potty trained.  Will try to hydrate a lot. I forgot to drink a lot of water today with all the busy things that happened.

Nike 38 mins 6km. Star trac no. 3 it's 4.5km Explains why I do terrible Right foot prickly and back still painful.

Niko discovered hot chocolate

It was a few days ago niko suddenly tried to make his own hot chocolate. He went to the bfast nook and tried to make his own. We assumed he learned it in class. So for the record, he discovers hot chocolate.

Running update

37 mins 5k Acc to star trac and 6k according to Nike. Feet went numb from pain. Didn't do much upper body workout. Feeling lethargic but lost some muscle and weight.

Running update

34 min 5k Nike, 37 min 5.1k fitbit and star trac 4.1k. Couksbt go faster. Felt the muscle and strength loss. My feet and ankles felt weak. Need to eat more Protien and calcium. Will have some tapa and yogurt after this.
