Running update

33:11, 4.5km in star trac. 4.98 in fitbit.

Really low energy levels. Unlike at night where I think my body accumulated a lot of glycogen waking up hungry means I have really low energy in the morning. I guess I'll be having this problem chronically until I hit my ideal weight.

I'm at 180 at night although in the morning I'm 178. I really need to lose more weight and I'm slowly getting my appetite under control.

At levels are now mastered but self control is a long way to go.

Not eating out as much but eating home made tapas.
