31 minutes 5k according to nike
4.6 according to fitbit.

Anyway I'm recovering from really bad back pain and i was gaining weight. These past 15 dats I was just trying to starve and lose weight. I managed to lose a pound.

I'll just take my exercises lightly so that I can use it purely to focus.

Will do push ups later tonight t.
