Running update

46 minute 5 Tm km. Wow that food poisoning took a lot out of me. My performance is terrible.
The usual 25% incline.
It would take a long while to be back pre competition condition. Its really more sustainable to do this and steadily improve. More than ever is the idea that I'm at HT 9.
I could barely sustain 8kph. Slowly build back my health.
