Health update
I've consumed so about 4 servings from Friday to today. I've prepared 14 servings. The 2lb should last me 30 servings of half a month at 2 servings a day.
Hope I can do this consistently everyday for a month while working out. At less than 46php a serving each bottle is about 90php and 44g of protien because I use milk. If I can learn to eat less and rely on these I should lose weight and gain muscle. Good luck to me.
