Running update

4 miles in 42 minutes by Nike. 5km by treadmill in 42 minutes . 6km by fitbit. It seems 8kph by treadmill measure is my most sustainable speed without causing shin splints. I could feel my shins almost acting up.

Still feel energetic and need to burn out this energy. Wil stretch and add aliens ant farm song to play list.

Will need to study meditation techniques because I have problem sleeping.
