Running update

4 treadmill km in 32mins. I stretched for the first Time before a run and I had pains on my right leg early almost 4 minutes into the run.
5 treadmill km in 42 minutrs
6.9 treadmill km in 60 minutes.
Fitbit ending 8.2 km

Its that ankle tendon pain, but I can power through that after a point. My Worry now is pain in my knees. I'll try stretching and strengthen exercises.
