Running update

I got shinsplints it's when your shin bones are having micro stress fractures that cause a dull pain.
I have to do something else probable just pushup and crunches and triceps dipps.
Betrayed by my body... Its more the feedback loop of my Endurance improvement outpaced by bone strengthening.
I won't be using high incline to save my knees some grief and continue to diet to loose weight but maintain muscle. Again more protein and less carbs.

3.6km in 31mins despite my shinsplints. Frustrating ain't it.
