Running update

New speed record of 1TM (treadmill) km in 7mins. 4tmkm in 30mins with right leg shinsplint for 20minutes.
I really need to give my leg a rest to strengthen with stretching and just focus on my terrible upper body.
I'm so obsessed with benchmarks and so afraid to fall of the exercise wagon since it's hard to measure my other workouts progress.
Anyway will make probably 20push ups and chair dips then go up. I'm not as tired as I want to be but my leg is in pain so it's taking damage that would just worse cripple my running.
