Running Update

4miles in 38 minutes and finished 5 km (treadmill) in 40mins or 6km (fitbit) in 40mins.

Basically what limits my running speed is my knees and shins if they hurt. I maintained 8kph much longer and had to bring my incline to 0.0 from 1.5. I still had some energy left but Niko wanted to dance so we just started dancing.

Eating a lot of meat, more than 300g a day. It seems my waist is getting smaller, but my weight is staying pretty much the same. The yogurt is making me fart more, and since my volume of food is less, I don't poop as much anymore.

So much of the weight, probably 2-4lbs, is my constipation.
