Running update
4 miles in 38mins 5km by treadmill and 6km by fitbit in 40 mins.
I noticed it was an easy run but my problem is shinsplints dulling my right leg when I push for 9kph by treadmill. I rest a minute after a mile for the pain, but energy wise I could push harder.
Bone strength is my chief obstacle now.
I'll be doing a couple of burpees and push ups after this.
Teenagers in the gym sigh leaving the TV on and not logging in.
