My Real World Long Term Goal, is tempting to Game-ify


I'm working to leverage Openware and Analysis tools to create an AGILE research process that can be replicated and streamlined so that there is a skill set to research before doing anything quickly and effectively. Including the costing, time, training and custom software for such.
We are using it for Internal reporting at work, to scan quickly biz health, we plan to sell it to other companies (the training and infrastructure for AGILE analysis) but the biggest company that can benefit is the Philippine Gov't. Anyone in charge of a lot politician always needs a Staff, but there is no standardization or optimization of the staff. usually its cronie-ism and nepotism that makes up the staff. No real critical thinkers and analysts steeped in finance, technology, law, social engineering, strategy and critical thinking.  A staff of such has Standard Level Agreements that keep it lean and mean, munch through data like a monster and empower the person it informs.
Its powerful and its like a boost in IQ. It's a bullshit chainsaw.  A Staff of 14 can have 1.7 people work 24/7 continuously; with a sub staff of aids/researchers of 5 working 24/5 probably digest and organize 80k words per day (includes publishing it in the private and secure wiki).
Operating overhead of such staff is like $13,000/mo inclusive of infrastructure and logistics; making such a staff is about x12 of that (divide it by 20 to get approximately individual unit).  Ideally such an operation is only comprising the <1% of your entire enterprise size. So its only cost efficient if you TOTAL biz (plus all subsidiaries) are about: Php+700M annually.  So every giant in the Philippine economy could use one to gather Intel, monitor assets, and create a best practice in a very fast turn around time.

A augmentation of the group is ideally you have your own:
IT team: +$8,000/mo.; 14 heads; 1.6manpower in 24/7; Level 1 staff of 5, 1manpower 24/5; +$10,000 access to the most cost effective NOCs in the Philippines.  The basic staff has 5man programming team.  
Legal Team: +$6,000/mo. ; 5 heads (not much infra) 1manpower 24/5
Technology team:  +$8,000; 5 heads (not much infra) 5manpower 9/5 (made up engineers, network and a programmers). This is made up of the best of the best in the Phils; triple-quintuple if your getting from abroad.

Technically I'm done with the project

no charter . after learning what a charter is and because they don't work with a charter I'll never do a project without it. A charter is a written agreement with a project sponsor/employer/ in what outputs to be expected and what points are needed to consider a project done. Gurps Mysteries

A really great GM book . If there was Game Mastering for Dummies (not just for DnD or GURPS ), Gurps Mysteries is the next level of Advanced Game Mastering. This is where the players grow up a little, they are not as interested in Hack and Slash anymore and they begin to lean on a more cerebral challenge. One of the best elements of this books is how to communicate clearly to your players through clues and hints in the game. Despite its focus on mystery, this books i great for any intrigue. Eventually mastering these technqies, format, and story telling will allow for games to have a very clear and sophisticated finish. An art onto itself, and not just a game. Of course the most important element is having fun. Fun is when you and the players are on the same page no matter what you throw at them to challenge their characters and give them a chance to shine. Filled with too much information . 330mg of Caffeine will do the trick

Ok i got a grande brewed coffee and put 8-10 packets of brown sugar thats about 155 calories. This is twice the amount of Caffeine i get from my 2 shots of espresso in the morning with 4 teaspoons of brown sugar. How do i feel... Better! although my face is reeling from the bitter after taste of the coffee. good coffee is really sour going down and really bitter after. The intense sugar tends to make the sourness taste fruity. Anyway, my is elevated and I'm a bit hyper but i am able to control that better these days. The tons of notebook and the emotional intelligence studies help. Particularly when i've broken down most of my peculiarities and the way I think. Heck, I think i can make an entire wiki based on how I'd react to certain things. It would be very revealing and transparent of me, and of course like the anything so vulnerable subject to abuse when falling in the wrong hands. I have to email, a friend back some airsoft details.
