Being a D!ck

being a d*ck. Can't help it sometimes and I'm slowly learning to be unapologetic about it. I realized with time that if you have the best intentions and your acting out mutual best interests so much is lost in being too nice about it. I think I've proven my honesty and my honor often enough. I'm pretty proud of my character and seeing the real world for what it is, I know I'm a rare commodity when it comes to traits mentioned in former. There are a lot of a$$holes, us good guys have to act fast and learn to see our insecurities clearly.

Its what happens as you grow older, you see so many people choose the wrong path. We see that everyday because we live with that filth. Strangely, you lose your sense of general Christian charity, instead you realize that only a few people will still fight and have the same delusion as you as to do what is good despite the general insanity of it.

It is true that a completely ration person would be corrupt and without remorse. I guess thats what these monsters who run these country are. They are COMPLETELY rational. They bend to the wind when it is strong, the go where there is money to be made, and they consume what they desire and satisfy any urges that creep up in the night.

It is delusional to be good, because when nothing is entirely certain, we HOPE that good will prevail. Sadly many people who say they do “good”, do it blindly without proper thought of its consequences (e.g. The CHURCH, charismatics, and zealots). So not only do we have to embrace our delusion, that burns our rational mind, we have to keep company with these a$$holes. F*ck that.

Writing some articles. Some personal articles I want to write so that I can organize the knowledge as an easy to use instrument and f*cking forget about (left over resentment from the first write up).

Technically I'm done with the project

no charter . after learning what a charter is and because they don't work with a charter I'll never do a project without it. A charter is a written agreement with a project sponsor/employer/ in what outputs to be expected and what points are needed to consider a project done. I've never worked with a character before and was continually frustrated and depressed because of constant revisions and fluctuating tastes and expectations. I'd rather be thought of a total prick than to destroy my life working without a charter. This comes up because, when technically my dad removed me from the website project I'm being asked to arrange it again. Learning my own Habits outside my bubble while in HK

I only eat 1.5 meals a day. Now I'm eating 3-4 meals per day in HK I realized I killed my hunger with latte (both tea, coffee and coffee-tea). So I'm super bloating and I realize how I was able to keep my eating stable. Now I have to cut back to the old and work out again. But this time  know what I'm trying to achieve. I need bring my glycogen to down through exercise, before my hunger cycle (2-3 hours). What I used to do is take my lattes where there would be meals and I avoided a very big hunger level. I would have a meal of sorts, maybe at night when its family time (not ideal but for social reasons). I also rationed through protein shakes. Of course the amount of lactose in my diet made me go regularly. If I were to travel again, I have to maintain this ritual through cereal bars and canned coffee, and accessibility to the toilet.  I realize I have a limited endurance because of the need to pee and how hard it is to find a toilet in HK lolz. Exercise Progress

I'm trying to build up my running, with the goal of being able to endure 15kph (Move-8 in gurps) for about 3 hours. The method I want to achieve is through sprinting most of the time and walking. So far I can do 3mi or 4.8 in 30 minutes. I have to more than double that. I have to ideally be able to do in 30 minutes of exercise 8km or 5mi consistently every other day. Then from there build up my core by running with a kit moviing from 5lbs to 16lbs. What I learned that it takes bone strength be able to run, so it has a strong element of strength in the task. You may have the endurance and will, but more often you will damage your own legs and ruin the pace of exercise with an extended rest. being 34 doesnt help, bones are weaker from a life behind the desk and joints are more calcified. It will take time and conditioning to build it up. Probably 2 years of faithful and devoted running. Then after the 2 years probably raise the kit weight. I'll be 38 or...
