Busy and OT overnight again

I have to OT overnight again. Well no one is telling me but from the work load we need this OT. it well lower the stress if we are not Rushing too hard and fast against the deadline. Sustainable and Steady wins the race.

Nationality is a bit overrated. You don't choose what your nationality your born into. Usually you carry nationality in generations, but in a globalized world and a world where we realize we don't have to take sh*t from those who continually abuse power and hold you from achieving your full potential. I feel the growing sentiment that it won't change... not because as a people, the country, has no wish for it... but its because its such a distant dream that can't be realize unless painful and lasting change can happen.

If you consider the future of your offspring, I feel that it would be better that they fail because of their own decisions than the actions of other people. Slowly Philippine culture is learning to be satisfied and accept this condition as a matter of fact. I accept it, what can you do? really, lethal force is all whats left. All our heroic journalists are martyred and effectively silenced.

Planning to leave, i can be nationalistic about the Philippines in my lifetime, but like religion, I'll leave it up to my kids to choose which one is best for them. Its just really sad but its a sadness that will span only the generation of one as a parent when their kid is born to a better world.

Back in my parents time and the parents of my friends, things were good so they had no reason to leave. Shortsighted, things were good because there was so many resources to abuse and so voice of the oppressed was weak. now that population has exploded, demands are growing and resources have dwindled, its all about the quality of the people... Filipinos... the masses are as good or evil as any other person in any other nation... its just our top is predominantly corrupt. The many suffers at the hands of the few... its been this way for 400 years... i'm tired of this. its time to leave, it won't change unless some violent and bloody revolution/famine/ natural disaster shakes everything up. That means the good get killed with the bad, natures way, and I don't want to be around when that happens.

Technically I'm done with the project

no charter . after learning what a charter is and because they don't work with a charter I'll never do a project without it. A charter is a written agreement with a project sponsor/employer/ in what outputs to be expected and what points are needed to consider a project done. Gurps Mysteries

A really great GM book . If there was Game Mastering for Dummies (not just for DnD or GURPS ), Gurps Mysteries is the next level of Advanced Game Mastering. This is where the players grow up a little, they are not as interested in Hack and Slash anymore and they begin to lean on a more cerebral challenge. One of the best elements of this books is how to communicate clearly to your players through clues and hints in the game. Despite its focus on mystery, this books i great for any intrigue. Eventually mastering these technqies, format, and story telling will allow for games to have a very clear and sophisticated finish. An art onto itself, and not just a game. Of course the most important element is having fun. Fun is when you and the players are on the same page no matter what you throw at them to challenge their characters and give them a chance to shine. Filled with too much information . 330mg of Caffeine will do the trick

Ok i got a grande brewed coffee and put 8-10 packets of brown sugar thats about 155 calories. This is twice the amount of Caffeine i get from my 2 shots of espresso in the morning with 4 teaspoons of brown sugar. How do i feel... Better! although my face is reeling from the bitter after taste of the coffee. good coffee is really sour going down and really bitter after. The intense sugar tends to make the sourness taste fruity. Anyway, my is elevated and I'm a bit hyper but i am able to control that better these days. The tons of notebook and the emotional intelligence studies help. Particularly when i've broken down most of my peculiarities and the way I think. Heck, I think i can make an entire wiki based on how I'd react to certain things. It would be very revealing and transparent of me, and of course like the anything so vulnerable subject to abuse when falling in the wrong hands. I have to email, a friend back some airsoft details.
